We make deliveries in both Australia and World Wide

Fulfillment and Processing Times

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Chatswood NSW 2067 Australia.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We use Australia Post for both domestic and international orders that are fulfilled from Australia. You can check estimated delivery times on the Australia Post website.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will normally be active within 24 hours.

Prices, Customs, Duties and Taxes

Prices on the website are inclusive of GST for purchases made within Australia. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
