Start with two formats. End up anywhere.
Choosing a format isn't about how big the mosaic is - both can go as big as you like. It's about your event, and how long each person has to build. Tell us the day you're planning; we'll match the format to it.
Each guest builds one small plate and clicks it onto the growing artwork. The canvas is made of large printed baseplates, gridded and serial-numbered, so every plate has a marked home and the artwork assembles itself as the crowd flows through. The mosaic's size is set by your crowd and your ambition: hundreds of builders in an afternoon, or thousands of visitors across a multi-week activation. Need participation measured in seconds instead of minutes? We can deliver every plate pre-assembled so guests simply place and go - exactly how thousands of visitors helped complete Sydney Zoo's 11-metre entrance mural.
Each person or pair builds a full baseplate, and the plates combine into one finished artwork for the office wall. Make it a game: race the clock, count completed plates between teams, or run it as a mystery build - nobody knows what the image is until the final plate clicks in.
