Description

The Brick Me Nano Mounting Strips are the perfect solution for attaching your Brick Mosaic's baseplates to the wall, without using a frame!

The Nano Strips use special adhesive technology:

  • Can be removed without damage to the wall*
  • No glue, leaves no residue.**
  • Strong and lasting hold.

The strips adhere well to most smooth, clean, non-porous surfaces, including:

  • Glass (windows, mirrors, frames)
  • Metal (stainless steel, aluminum, painted metal)
  • Painted walls (flat or semi-gloss, works best on semi-gloss or gloss finishes)
  • Plastic (hard, smooth plastics like acrylic, PVC)
  • Tile and ceramic
  • Wood (sealed/finished/lacquered wood works much better than raw wood)
  • Marble and stone (polished surfaces)

Surfaces where it struggles:

  • Rough, textured, or porous surfaces (unfinished brick, rough concrete, raw wood)
  • Dusty, dirty, or oily surfaces (always clean first)
  • Matte or flat paint (can lift the paint when removed)
  • Fabric or foam
  • Very flexible or soft surfaces

Each pack contains 4 strips. We recommend using 4 strips for each baseplate (one in each corner).

If your brick mosaic consists of more than one baseplate, the easiest way to put the baseplates together is to attach each one individually to the wall, and align them so the mosaic looks seamless. We recommend starting from the bottom row upwards.

* The strips can be removed from most walls leaving no damage, however results may vary depending on the surface or its condition. Be very careful when removing the strips - slowly and gently, applying constant force.
** Once the baseplate is off the wall, any strips residue will come off the baseplate and wall more easily. You can apply hot air (like a blow drier) to remove any strip residue from the wall. Do not apply heat on the baseplate or bricks.
